1. Free Shipping Offer

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

  • For orders under $50 USD, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during new collection launches), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide from our artisan studio. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days.

  • Express Shipping (if available): 3-7 business days. Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local postal service issues.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MWE Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Issues At MWE Jewelry, we take extra care in packaging your crystals and Czech glass to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at elindiyshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and its packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it's a replacement or a refund, as your satisfaction is our top priority.
